Welcome to TAMIA HUB! These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using TAMIA HUB, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using TAMIA HUB, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Roles and Eligibility

TAMIA HUB is open to:

• University students (Idea Owners) in Tanzania
• Mentors, Coordinators, Admins, Investors, and Partners
• Guests (no registration required for public features)

You must provide accurate information during registration. Students must verify their university status.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Content and Ideas

You retain ownership of ideas you submit. By posting, you grant TAMIA HUB a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, moderate, and promote your public ideas. You must not submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post spam, false information, or abusive comments
• Harass or threaten other users
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Use automated tools to access the site
• Impersonate others

6. Moderation and Approval

All ideas, comments, and events are subject to review. Admins may approve, reject, edit, or remove content to maintain quality and safety.

7. Intellectual Property

TAMIA HUB name, logo, and platform design are owned by The University of Dodoma. You may not use them without permission.

8. Privacy and Data

Your personal information is protected as described in our Privacy Policy. We use email/SMS only for notifications and updates.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. You may delete your account anytime via your dashboard.

10. Limitation of Liability

TAMIA HUB is provided "as is". We are not responsible for lost ideas, failed investments, or any indirect damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
